Hawkesbury District Health Service, Windsor, is a hospital providing acute, community and allied health services for the local community and surrounding districts.

It provides 24-hour emergency, medical, surgical, diagnostic, maternity, neonatal, paediatric, palliative, intensive and coronary care services, and after hour GP services.

The 131-bed hospital is operated by St John of God Health Care, and provides public patient services under a public-private partnership with the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District.

It houses the Hawkesbury Living Cancer Trust Chemotherapy Unit, an initiative led by the Trust and supported by Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District and Hawkesbury District Health Service.

This unit is a satellite service of the Nepean Cancer Care Centre and provides a much needed local chemotherapy service to residents of the Hawkesbury region.

Nepean Cancer Care Centre is a public cancer centre located in Kingswood.

It provides chemotherapy and radiation therapy, as well as haematological services. Cancer surgery services are available at Nepean Hospital.

RICHMOND CLUB + HAWKESBURY LIVING
Richmond Club is Hawkesbury's oldest and largest ex-servicemen's club. Established in 1947, the registered club provides entertainment services and supports community partners across a range of social, health and wellbeing services.

Hawkesbury Living aged care, established in 2005, is a subsidiary company of Richmond Club Group. Founded as Richmond Community & RSL Nursing Home in the 1950s, this facility has 141 bed licenses, a dementia specific wing, memory care and palliative care services.

Fundraising for the Hawkesbury Living Cancer Trust is coordinated under the charitable status of Hawkesbury Living.

Pink Finss charity helps women and their families who are diagnosed with cancer.

Hawkesbury founded and based, the charity provides various support including financial assistance with medical costs, practical in-home housework, meals, transportation, health and wellness programs, networking, group meetings, information and retreats.

“Whatever you need, our aim is to help” is their motto.
