Hawkesbury Living Cancer Trust Race DayHawkesbury Living Cancer Trust Race Day

18th August 2011 was our official fundraising event for the Hawkesbury Living Cancer Trust Len and Margaret Peel Chemotherapy and Infusion Unit.

Pictured from left to right are Vivienne Leggett, Geoff Luscombe and John Melody at the official cheque presentation to the trust.

A very big kettle was on the boil

On Friday the 15th of July, 2011 In2 Motion’s Hawkesbury’s Largest Morning Tea was held with great success! More than $10,000  was raised for the Hawkesbury Living Cancer Trust with hundreds of people from our local community, businesses and organisations attending to support the event. Monies raised from the generous and kind donations, raffles, auctioned prizes, face painting and games played on the day have been donated to the Hawkesbury Living Cancer Trust to help provide funding for the set up and maintenance of the Len and Margaret Peel Infusion and Chemotherapy Centre.

The board would like to thank Jason Pilgrim and his team at In2 Motion would also like to thank all those in attendance as well as the individuals and businesses involved in sponsoring the event. With such great support from local businesses and community organisations such as the Hawkesbury Race Club, Hawkesbury Living, Hawkesbury Chamber of Commerce, Country Women’s Association, Hawkesbury Gazette, Windsor and Richmond McDonald’s, and the many others we were able to make the In2 Motion’s Hawkesbury’s Largest Morning Tea a triumphant occasion!
